CCIT
Built for Multi-Family Properties

Your residents expect modern. Your building should deliver.

CCIT designs, installs, and remotely manages building-wide WiFi, security cameras, and smart access systems for multi-family properties, turning infrastructure into durable MRR.

See how it works

Sound familiar?

Buildings shouldn't run on duct tape.

"Resident WiFi tickets never stop."

Dead zones in the gym, the lobby, the rooftop. Every dropped Zoom call is a renewal risk and a five-star review you'll never get.

"Cameras are offline when we need them."

Package theft, garage incidents, lobby disputes, and the DVR has been recording static for three weeks. Insurance and legal exposure pile up fast.

"Every fix is another truck roll."

Three vendors, four invoices, two weeks of finger-pointing. Property operations deserve one accountable partner, and most issues fixed remotely.

Our services

One MSP. Whole building.

From a lease-up build-out to a full retrofit, we handle networking, surveillance, and access control end-to-end, and stay on as your property's IT partner.

Property-Wide WiFi & Networking

Ubiquiti-powered networks engineered for full coverage across units, hallways, garages, rooftops, and amenities. Per-resident SSIDs and seamless roaming, no dead zones.

IP Cameras & Remote Surveillance

Discreet IP cameras across entries, garages, package rooms, and amenity spaces, with secure cloud retention and 24/7 remote monitoring from our team.

Smart Door Access & Intercom

Mobile-credential entry, video intercom, and remote unlock for lobbies, garages, amenity rooms, and unit doors. Provision and revoke access in seconds, from anywhere.

Managed IT for Property Operations

A true MSP for your building. Proactive monitoring, remote remediation, vendor consolidation, and a single number for the leasing office to call.

Resident WiFi as an Amenity

Day-one connectivity in every unit becomes a recurring line item, a clean way to lift MRR/ARR while replacing the patchwork of personal ISPs.

Power & Internet Redundancy

UPS battery backup and failover internet for the IDF, leasing office, and life-safety systems, so a power blip never knocks the front door offline.

The owner's economics

Infrastructure that pays for itself.

Modern wiring, managed WiFi, and smart access aren't just resident-experience plays. They're a measurable lift to MRR/ARR and asset value.

Recurring tech-fee revenue

Bundle resident WiFi and smart-access into the lease as a monthly amenity fee. Predictable, high-margin income from day one of occupancy.

Lower operating cost

Remote-first support cuts truck rolls. Vendor consolidation cuts invoices. One accountable MSP replaces three reactive ones.

Stronger renewals & rents

Reliable connectivity and modern access control are now table-stakes Class A amenities. Buildings that deliver them lease faster and renew at higher rates.

CCIT is based in Culver City. Property managers reach a real engineer, not a ticket queue. Same-day site visits when remote remediation isn't enough.

The process

How it works

1

Free Property Walkthrough

We tour the property, audit existing wiring, IDFs, and systems, and identify gaps. You leave the meeting with a clear picture, no commitment.

2

Custom Plan + Revenue Model

We design the network, surveillance, and access stack for your property, and model the resident-amenity revenue alongside the install scope and timeline.

3

Install + Ongoing MSP Coverage

Resident-respectful installation, then full MSP coverage, with 24/7 monitoring, remote remediation, and a single accountable partner for the leasing office.

Ready for a building that just works?

Start with a free, no-obligation property walkthrough. We'll come on site, evaluate your stack, and show you exactly what's possible, and what it can return.

Frequently asked

The questions we hear most often before someone hires us.

What makes CCIT different from a traditional managed service provider (MSP)?
Most MSPs are built around helpdesk ticketing and 24/7 SOC operations. They sell a monthly per-user contract and operate at scale. CCIT is a design boutique. We deploy enterprise Ubiquiti infrastructure with the same care an architect brings to a build, then back it with personal ongoing support. You always reach the engineer who designed your network, not a ticket queue. The trade-off: we're not the right call for a 200-person company that needs a full SOC. We're the right call when you care how the infrastructure looks, how it performs, and who's accountable for it.
Do you only deploy Ubiquiti?
Ubiquiti (UniFi) is our default because it gives clients enterprise-grade performance with a clean aesthetic and predictable long-term economics, with no recurring licensing per AP. For specific use cases we'll deploy other gear: PoE switches from other vendors when needed, Synology or QNAP NAS for storage, UniFi Protect or other IP cameras, and so on. We're opinionated, not dogmatic.
Where in Los Angeles do you work?
Our service area is Culver City and Greater LA: Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice, Marina del Rey, Playa Vista, West Hollywood, Brentwood, and the Westside. We've also done installs east into Hollywood and south into the South Bay. If you're outside that radius, ask. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
How quickly can you respond if something goes down?
Same-day on-site response across Greater LA, Monday through Friday, 9a–5p PT. Most network issues we can diagnose and resolve remotely within an hour. For clients on a managed support plan, we proactively monitor infrastructure so we usually see issues before you do.
Do you do one-time installs, ongoing support, or both?
Both. A typical engagement starts with a site assessment and design, followed by installation and configuration. After that, clients choose: a one-time project (install + 30-day warranty), or ongoing managed support (proactive monitoring, firmware updates, on-call response, an annual network review). Most clients move to managed support because the network is now too important to be self-service.
How much does a network install cost?
Every project is scoped individually. No two spaces are alike. After a site visit we provide a detailed scope and a fixed-fee quote, so there are no surprises and no time-and-materials creep. Ongoing managed support is quoted separately based on the size and complexity of your site.
Can you work with my existing IT person or company?
Yes, this is a common arrangement. Many of our clients have an in-house IT generalist or a separate MSP who handles helpdesk and Microsoft 365, and they bring us in specifically for the physical network layer (WiFi design, cameras, structured cabling, on-site infrastructure). We coordinate cleanly with existing IT teams.
Do you handle structured cabling and physical infrastructure?
Yes. New site installs and retrofits routinely involve running Cat6/Cat6A, terminating jacks, installing IDF/MDF panels, sizing and installing UPS protection, and rack buildouts. For larger jobs we partner with licensed low-voltage contractors. The goal is one accountable design lead (us) across cabling, network, WiFi, cameras, and power.
What industries do you specialize in?
Creative studios and post-production agencies, law firms and professional offices, startups and growing teams, retail/restaurants/cafés, fitness studios, and executive homes / private offices. The common thread isn't industry. It's clients who can't tolerate a network that's a daily friction and care how the infrastructure presents physically.
How do we get started?
Call (310) 496-0074 or request a site visit. We'll do an initial 15-minute call to understand your space, your timeline, and whether we're the right fit. If we are, we'll schedule a site assessment, deliver a scoped design and fixed-fee quote, and you decide from there. No long sales process.
